Ground Floor

The cottage is decorated to a high standard having recently been part redecorated and recarpeted. On the ground floor is a large modern open-plan kitchen with dining area.  The kitchen incorporates a fridge, freeezer, oven with hob, microwave, and dishwasher, along with ample cooking utensils if you wish to eat in and sample the local produce of Whitby.

First Floor

Stairs lead to the first floor with a large lounge and hallway, which leads to a modern bathroom with shower. The lounge has modern decor and includes plenty of seating, a TV with freeview, a DVD  and video player, as well as an X-Box. Various reading books, games, DVD's and videos are present at the property for your enjoyment.

Second Floor

The second floor has a good-sized twin-bedded room and a bunk-bedded room (adult bunks). An additional two Z-beds are available to increase the capacity to eight persons and a cot is available on request.  The twin-bedroom has built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers providing plenty of storage space.

Top Floor

Further stairs lead to a large double bedroom with a dressing table and en-suite shower room with power shower, WC and basin.  The bedroom is ideal as the master bedroom and once again there is ample storage space.

Outside

There is a patio to the rear of the property with garden furniture, accessed to the side of the cottage. 






NB: The accommodation is spread over 4 floors and therefore may not be suitable for the elderly or the infirm.
